Adam Stamp

Balade en Corrèze is an exhibition of four new works, two oil paintings on linen, one triptych and one diptych of gouache on cardboard, all made in Treignac in the month of July 2026. More meander than statement, mumble over exclamation, the works and ideas presented gather long running interests of the artist: Harvey comics, John Wesley, Dalida, advertising, salt, rain, and falling. As with much of the artist’s work, empty space is presented as equal to what is there.

Adam Stamp (b. 1985, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA) is an Aries sun, Pisces moon, and Capricorn rising. Recent solo exhibitions include Men at Work, Minor Attractions, London, Gravity, Spiritvessel, Espinavessa, Spain, Begging for Attention, Carlye Packer, Aspen Art Fair, Aspen, Colorado, and Be Giving / Nicht Giftig at Cervo Mountain Resort, Zermatt, Switzerland. He is the creator of The Slippery Slope bar at the Aspen Art Museum and is the founder of New Low, an exhibition and edition project, formerly of Los Angeles. He lives in his body and works out of his mind, often in London and Rome.
